How long does it normally take to level?

How long does it normally take to level a character using OP leveling builds like flameblast/searing bond? Probably to like leve 70?

Depends on HC/SC
Normal probably 3 hr ish Cruel 4ish and then A1M-70 depends on your gear All this is assuming you're playing solo and have no gear in stash, With a group and leveling gear it'd be faster. |

I re-roll my 1 month char from stun build to doing CoC ST spam and took me around 3-ish days to get to mid-lv65 and I am nowhere near the fastest guy at all and even considered hell slow by some people.
