Next skill tree reset

Dear developers! Is it possible to have information about next passive tree reset? When it will be approximately? I got many failed build, so i am thinking about using respec points on them, but not sure about it cause i can waste currency for nothing. I heared something about upcoming reset. Is it true?

1.2 coming in August is your best bet for a reset, and by best bet, I mean almost confirmed.
