Speed and Ping are too diferent things for ex:
A Guy have 20mb inet, B Guy have 3 mb inet, B Guy have better ping why he is much more close to the location of the server game, and A Guy is really mad cuz he have a fast inet but with a shitty ping. ^^ http://www.xfire.com/profile/z3r0c00l22/
