Download speed dosen't really have anything to do with the servers. :p

I'm lucky to be only a couple states away from the servers in Texas, so I get very good latency in-game.
I don't know where they're hosting the client download, but I had similar speeds over 20MB/s. All the patches have been equally fast. Closed Beta/Alpha Tester back after a 10-year hiatus.

but then again ping is latency not bandwith.im not saying the server is bad i never went in.i believe its good but ping is not speed and ping is what matters.
