Unable to report guild members

Hi,

Tonight I had to kick a guild member out due to hate speech. He had been warned a few days back and was complaining with hateful speech and responded to a last warning by ending his stay with terms like "homo" and "fudge packers" before harassing several members via pst's.

Unfortunately I was unable to report his comments in guild chat. I see no reason that I shouldn't be able to report someone for inappropriate comments in guild chat if I can via PST's or global chats.
