Mjölner the nerf it doesn't deserve?

Let's be serious, Righteous fire, lowlife and PA make anything OP. This hammer is mediocre at best without voll's devotion which isn't even in the game anymore and was a stupid unique.

Since GGG didn't mention if it was a buff or a nerf, I have a small hope that they're going to buff Mjolner instead :D

as far as I know, GGG quote about Mjolner balance was about a period before its release.

pretty saddening one more legacy item because it wasnt tested enough.

seriously if i were GGG the first i would test before ever releasing a new unique
is testing it in low life shavrones PA,coe,atziri gloves setup if its broken or not.

it should not be to hard for them as they have a internal test server where they just can create the gears they want.

I think the explanation for legacies is that GGG simply doesn't have enough manpower to test their uniques properly. I mean heck, they release upwards of 8 uniques every single month, on top of all the other crud they need to do.

So basically the entire playerbase acts as their test dummies / lab mice. GGG relies on us to find what's overpowered/underpowered and then they create legacies. It's a crude system, but it's pretty obvious that's what they're resorting to.
