Water Dancing + WoE

Does anyone know if water dancing passive effects WoE sense it counts as dual wielding?

No, it's a special case, it counts as dual wielding two-handed axes, executioner cluster next to it would work fine.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Not really a special case, since water dancing says nothing about d/w it just says 1handers.

Oh, rules apply normally, it's just a special case of dual-wielding that's impossible without WoE.

what is WoE?
Spoiler

do you expect most other players reading your stuff to know every major node on the skill tree? probably. but all you do is increasing the entrance entrance level for newcomers. if that makes you feel better then ok.

If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.
Watching witches watch watches is not for the faint of heart...

WoE is a Unique Item, "Wings of Entropy". It's both dualwielding and twohanded, which is the reason why "Water Dancing" (a onehanded damage notable) has no effect.

About your spoiler:
OP posted a question and wanted an answer. There's enough people in this forum who understand what WoE is and where to find "Water dancing". Since Op only needs one single answer I don't see a problem using terms not everybody understands.

i have a technical background where it's common practice to use abbreviations.
but there it's also mandatory to use the full term at least once in the beginning so people know of what you speak of.

i know you guys know what it is about, one can google the term, using shortcuts is probably drawing the attention of the right people to the post, makes one feel special and all ...

but by not explaining it you needlessly increase the entrance level for beginners who try to understand the game's mechanic and it's problems.

you exclude them. and that's not good for the game itself as poe needs new players all the time.

age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
