crit reave ? templar

Hey there , this is my ideea to build a templar around this item :

I want to go CI , so this is my future tree:

Gear : high crit dagger
high es shield
high es helm
death's oath chest
rainbowstride boots
es gloves accuracy/res maybe some mana leech/ias
belt es/armour/tri res/ phys dmg belt
2xring : dream fragments and es / res / DEX
high crit ammy / res or eye of chayula (i think eye of chayula is a must...)
Link : Reave-multistrike-melee on full life-melee dmg-inc crit dmg (for 6th link i will add faster atacks)

Auras : discipline + clarity (not sure about mana leech how good is at high levels)

What do u think ? is a bad or very bad ideea this build ? Sry for my bad english
