I'm not getting any email confirmation when I want to change my e-mail

My yahoo is busted here after I went abroad and can only be accessed via mobile phone.
As a result I want to transfer it to my gmail account but I never get the confirmation e-mail in either the old address or my gmail, I've tried it 2-3x already the past few days. |
