Hi i have problem my normal account is locked.
This is comunicat you accaunt locked. pls contact support.

I sent an email to support, and I got the answer from Redirect it further. played normally and did not use Haks.
please answer suport why I blocked account.

First off remove your details, email address in particular...all you do is advertise it here for cheats and thieves to start phishing you.

Second, if you have emailed them then you need to wait for them to investigate your problem the only thing you'll be told here is to email them which you have already done.

Do not repeatedly email them...let them get on with it and it'll be done quicker though it can take up to a week or more depending on how busy the support staff are
