WTB Amulet (life/res/regen)

Hello, I am looking to buy a nice amulet (please no junk). I am looking to spend about 5ex, but might do more for a really nice one.

Has to have:
1. life (70+ would be nice)
2. all resist (or tri resist)
3. mana regen (50% min)

Rolls I would pay extra for:
cold resist
rarity
spell damage
global crit
