Galvanic Hammer Cluster Ought to Apply to Staves Too

I think I've been a little hard on this set, it's not all that bad.

I've been meaning to add more nodes for staves on my witch proposal, and I can adjust this circle for just that.
I'll probably make it similar in design to the one in marauder area. Apart from scaling physical / elemental damage with staves, I'm probably going to add another cluster that is more focused on spell power. "The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence."
