Hello guys what would be the cheapest and the most viable build im not a new player but i want to start a new cheap build.

Since this is in the scion forum i assume you are asking for a scion build. That would most likely be the elemental buzzsaw build.

I am actually looking for any kind of builds no matter which class,I have also looked at ele buzzasaw and I believe i might go for it.
