Place 1 :Theory craft an awesome fun to play build that is unique.... Have a fun build in mind, but it's not really viable as it lacks damage and survivability. But it basically boils down to finding a massive amount of cast speed, both in gear and passives then add faster casting/echo/increased aoe/reduced duration to 20/20 lightning warp dual totems. (since it's not really viable and levelling is really, really slow, can't offer you a youtube :p) Both entries for bino's. Vote +1 to change Path of Exile to Path of Nerfs.
