Sry, that's horrible. ;)

1. Do not plan with 120 points. 99.9999% of players never reach level 100. Plan with ~100 points.

2. You have only 60% life. Always aim for 200% or more.

3. Make your tree "slim". Unless you get really good benefits off your skillpoints, never choose two roads to get to one point, and don't take the "little nodes" behind the notable.

4. Cover your resists on gear, do not waste skillpoints on this.

5. Most clusters in the tree are "inefficient". Example: You do not want to invest 5 skillpoints for a total of 19% skill mana cost reduction (near Scion), when you can grab 20% at Marauder for 3 skillpoints.
And always consider the "opportunity cost". A notable can be as very strong, but if you have to invest 10 points to reach it, and those 10 points don't offer too much, the notable should probably be skipped.

5. Be realistic about your goals. Marauder is Strength based, Claws are Dex/Int weapons. You can make it work, but it will cost you.

How a (dual) claw tree could look:
Click me
~200% life
~250% damage
~60% accuracy
~400% crit chance
~35% atttack speed
Enough Dex, not enough Int to use claws (must be covered on gear)
No Claw passives (the ones within reach are bad, the good ones are too far away to be good (opportunity cost). Instead I took generic onehanded and dualwield nodes for damage and crit chance.
