How viable is Pillar of the caged God endgame?

It does more damage than a 450 pdps 2 hander but if you afford better than that then those options are better. It is better than facebreaker in my opinion since you can use groundslam and reach higher DPS(but no block). You can also use spectral throw with it as a longrange single target skill, I used ecom on groundslam for permanent IC whenever hit(using abyssus so needed it).

So my overall opinion is that it's viable but note that I invested a lot into my gear. I'm talking about multiple exa to get insane phys+ str ammy and rings. I don't recommend it if you're looking for a powerful cheap build, it's fun to theorycraft and put together but the end product is nothing special for all that investment.
