What's the best item you've gotten from a drop?

Hi, so I'm pretty new here, but I made it my goal to get a Mirror Orb drop, I've only been playing 1-2 weeks, and have only gotten 1 Exalted Orb drop, but I feel like I'm always 1 map away from a Mirror Orb! XD
I'm wondering what's the most amount of currency you made from 1 drop? Items or anything, I think the most expensive item I have found so far has been worth 10-15 Exalted, it is a 335 DPS claw I ID'd from mapping. What about you? " I stopped reading there. DO NOT make that your goal. It simply won't happen. Thats sort of like making your life goal to be winning the lottery (millions of dollars). Its not realistic at all. My best drop in YEARS of playing this game is a crown of eyes. I do not ever expect a better drop than that and would be surprised if I even get one equal to that. Standard Forever
