ST oro's sacrifice

When i first saw this sword I thought: wow 700dps this is amazing. But the downside is no physical so added fire or hatred does nothing.
What would be amazing with this sword is 3dragons because it lets 700dps sword be able to shock stack enemies+ a quality added lightning gives aditional chance and static blows! You dont need to even crit to shock stack with 30(staticblows)+10(added lightning). So why not take resolute technique.

-faster projectiles or lmp FP when dealing with bosses/Lmp on regular mobs
either life leech or get doryani's fire belt
