[Advice Request] Continue with the build or no? (Wands)

I am currently leveling a Marauder that plans to go Wand+Shield, stack auras and charges and use Conduit to share them with party members.

I plan to grab Blood Magic and continue on, and if it doesn't work Ill grab it in a bit. Playstyle is shooting things with Frenzy and Power Siiphon, using Endurance Cry to max out all three charges and keeping auras up. Curses get thrown in to help out as needed. I'm pretty blind to what it is going to be like in the end though. It'll be extremely defensive and tough, sure, but I am worried that I won't have the intelligence needed for the wands/auras or the dex needed for things like multiple projectiles/auras. Is that something I would have to worry about?

This is sort of the point I can turn this into something else if I had to so better to ask now.

Specialize. Aura-Summon-Wand-Buffer-Health-Shield-Mara combination makes your character super-weak. Especially that there is no 'buffer' function in this game.

Ideas on specializations then? I'm not seeing much other than just going plain melee like a general marauder. Boring!
