No crit SWT scion, later tried havoc´s crit variation. Died at 90 to arctic breath beyond pack while farming with mf gear and unmaxed cold res.

12k dps with gmp(well 11k right now but would have 12k when tornado shot gets leveled up again) ideal longterm nocrit would be RT +1 arrow storm cloud , lmp in link and 6L. That should give 20k dps
