I don't know if this will work with the vaal pact nerf or what auras to use (thinking Purity of fire or grace along with discipline probably). Maybe use Arctic Armor somehow to combact reflect?



I really need help because NOONE does discharge anymore so there are not any builds out there! I want to keep the build as close to the original CI discharge build as possible possible able to use dream frags / rainbowstride etc. I know that the vaal pact nerf basically kills the build by itself and on top of that, the auras nerfs make it difficult to survive reflect and also get armor / good stats. I still want to try to make it work though.

I really appreciate the help as long as it isn't flaming insults.

more than the vaal pact nerf, that's the way to generate endurance charge that has been nerfed...

The endurance charge nerf is not a large problem. If it very easy to overcome in my opinion so I'm not concerned with it.

well that's the main reason why fire discharger doesnt exist anymore. Vaal Pact nerf is not really an issue with the new tree and the capacity to reach insane fire resistance.

That sounds like a good thing for this build. An elaboration on this is what I'm looking for with this post! Basically I'm hoping you can look past the fact that endurance charges suck because I am willing to deal with it. I just would like help with dealing with reflect / optimizing my passive build etc.

Now when you say its easy to deal with reflect, how can I go about doing this with my build? Do you think using purity of fire and ruby flasks for max fire resist is sufficient for countering reflect? Along with the 40% Vaal Pact of course.

Looks good as far as I can tell other than it requiring a higher level when finished.

I just made it as a templar.

So 21% reduced reservation is necessary on top of having a level 20 reduced mana (.71 multiplier) + Alpha Howl (8%).

I guess with this, running discipline + grace + purity of fire --> http://prntscr.com/3sqhq8
Effectively halving the reserved mana so you can run all 3 of those auras.

What do you think?

key of that build was to have multiple endurance cry gems so you can charge up 6-7 endurance charges in no time

that got nerfed reason was ppl had for example 3 beartraps and every boss just became trivial spamming 9 beartraps and repeat

on top of that they nerfed auras so hard he had 2 flat ones and 2 % ones nowdays everything is %

discharge options nowdays

- spend nodes into aura reserve
- play as ci with cast on stunned cast on dmg taken
- cyclone cast on crit
- stack those unique flasks and flask nodes and flask gear

or you can make a detonate dead char have the same burning concept and a much more powerful and durable char

Well it's a bummer that very few people actually read my post. If you read the post you would know that I don't care about the nerfs and I want to make it work. Stop posting why it sucks and help. Or don't post.
