Looking for a Spectral Throw scion build that works at end game.

Could anyone link to a good Spectral throw scion skill tree and explain the gear I should look for. EG- "Look for something with high attack speed and mana regen" or "look for a ring with X stat" As it helps me know what to look for etc

If u are rich go for flubby build but if u are like the major i would recommend elemental buzzsaw
