Stash not showing on all characters

Hi, my friend is having a problem with his stash, the items he puts in doesn't show on his second character, rather, it shows an empty stash instead. Is there any way to manually fix this or does it require some looking into on your part?

That depends, does he have a character in the Default league and one in hardcore? Stash is not shared between leagues.

No, they are both in the same league.

Does he have more than two characters and all of them have their own stash?

He has one character in hardcore and 2 in normal mode, all of which have a seperate stash.

I'd create a third in normal mode. Find out which two ARE sharing a stash and submit an email to support@grindinggear.com saying that the character with the issue can't use the shared stash.
