can anyone point me out the "best" or more "efficient" spectral throw build with the current patch?

Best? If you have 1000 ex, mirror Loath Bane and all your jewellery and check out Fyndel's thread.
Most efficient? Elemental Buzzsaw for a build that works with a 5 ex budget, stretched up to 15k+ spectral throw with around 20 ex investment. If you have around 100 ex to spare you can do elemental low-life spectral, take a look at Fyndel/Flubby's thread for ideas. Cheapest ST I've run was a pillar of the caged god Mara. Dead simple and able to clear maps. Only need a pillar, stack life and strength, RT and iron grip. Just another idea for a no budget build.
