Loading screen of death

It happened to me once when I entered the sewers. The loading screen kept loading, then the game crashed. After I logged on I saw my Character in Default league.

I don't ask for character restore.

But lately, I keep reading people complaining about this way to die in Hardcore and it should be looked into.

What happens I think is that the server doesnt know you are using TP or changing zone soon enough, but the player's computer does. So, after sometime of waiting in the zone there is an event killing your character while not being able to defend yourself. And since you were out of the zone the game isnt able to send you the "you died" message so it crashes.

There should be a way to prevent death in this situation.
