Help please!!

Recently I downloaded the Path of Exile and noticed some problems.O first mistake and the "The D3D device a non-zero reference count, meaning some objects were not released.". The second error is "Failed resetting Direct3D device objects." And the third error that appears when I start the game is "DXUTCreateDevice failed." I wonder how I solve these problems, my computer is not the best and neither is optimal video card so neither of these things, the more some things to play.

And if you have to buy parts for the computer, which I buy?
