You thought Dark Souls was hard?

So there are people who can solo +100 in Warband and people think Dark Souls 1 & 2 are hard?

Mount and Blade is one of the best friggin' games I've ever played...

For those that don't know, there's a sequel in the works, but it seems to be coming along at a snail's pace.

Also, there's still a huge online community still playing this game years later. It's one of those classic type of games that's easy to learn, hard to master. I kinda suck at dueling but I still have a blast with it.

By the way, I'd like to see that guy try that without a shield. I've spectated online matches where it's one guy with just a two-hander vs. 5 and take them all down. Glorious sight... I'm nowhere near that good.

ahaha, the 'solo' in this video XD he basically does controlled retreat and the AI of this game is too fucking dumb to do basic flank on the guy

Am I the only person who thought Dark Souls wasnt hard at all, just tedious?

Its definition of hard had no consistency besides "Good fucking luck guessing. Die fifty more times and maybe youll get lucky and figure out the arbitrary mechanics of this particular situation that apply nowhere else."

Been playing through dark soul 2 on my second character with a guide and I die around once every 2 hours now. Though apparently new game+ is where they have placed the hardness in Dark Souls 2.

Kept dieing to random things like a guy jumping around a corner and stun locking me off a cliff. Though you do get better at seeing it later on.

It's a pure caster so I don't have a shield so It's fucking weird since you know SHIELD IS AWESOME :_;

The old dragon knight is real fun when you dont have a sheild. Walk through the fog gate. Have a spear instantly through your body even if you roll. COOL
