Steal the Pity Timer from D3

I think GGG should steal the Pity Timer from D3, even if it doesn't ever come into effect it gives people hope.

For those who don't know Blizz added a Legendary drop timer so that if you don't get a Legendary after 6 hours of killing that your MF starts drastically increasing until you do.

i think it would be nice if awesome uniques dropped a little more frequently too
finding uniques is always fun, but it gets a little frustrating when they're usually the 1-2 c cruddy kind of uniques

Patch Notes:
- For players who didn't find a unique item frequently, the game could become stale. To rectify this, players who haven't found a unique within an hour of farming have a 100% chance to get an Araku Tiki from the next unique enemy killed.

I agree.

It can be a voluntary feature, wherein we only have to check a tiny box to activate.

If you've been down on your luck with not enough legendaries in the past 6 hours, it summons a Peridisae, (or even a Granite Crush at full charges ;P) with an extra 100% chance to drop a D3 legendary, which in this game, is pretty much a glorified rare.

If we're lucky maybe we'll get one of their worthless 2hers, or a cruddy MS roll rendering the entire drop fornaught.

Maybe we should add crafting like in Diablo 3 too... Then we could craft a godly legendary like this one: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/artisan/blacksmith/recipe/spite

What escapes many people is suggesting taking one aspect of game doesn't mean you should copy all others. GGG even did this when copying D2, they didn't take everything just the things they thought were good.
