Major bug that dropped me from Hardcore to Default

This is what happened, I'm lvl 47, went out to Old Field Cruel Hardcore mode, open up my skill chart, put a point in Eldritch Battery, have a few swing, happy that I got my new skill.
Then I log out. Right after that I log back in, I'm suddenly in default mode. This happens in less than 5 secs from the time I log out and log in again. Could a mod please PM me or something, I'm in distress, need help asap. This happened around 11.00 AM GMT +8, IGN : Mocconia Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. IGN : RestrictedRanger

Happen to me twice so far, can't find the cause of it. Please help!!!!

The first thing to do is check to see if your character has died:
log-in with that character open the chat window type /deaths press Enter You'll see a message that will tell you the number of times that the character has died. | |

/deaths command confirms i have 0 deaths. Now what ?

sadly its delete and start over unless u want to continue in default :( Lots of these weird deaths myself - feel your pain but they wont restore your character. Think of it as a new chance to start and redo it better than before :)

Already jumped on the chance to create a new, not diggin' the duelist. Very boring to play at low level. Hopefully this bullshit will get immediate attention, can't enjoy the game from the random chance all your progress will be erased.

I have this bug aswell, I have currently 0 deaths, as confirmed with /deaths 0
I am in the Hardcore league, yet cant find myself on the ranks. | |

Ok second event, happen to my friend this time.
My friend was on his way from Sarn SLum porting into the Sewers when this bug happen again. From Hardcore to Default after a disconnect from server. I urge you dev's look into this ASAP. IGN : RestrictedRanger
