315 energy shield with crit and resists

I've been checking on Xyz and don't really know what to make of it. ES seems to be pretty high and crit roll seems good as well. Also there's +5 to all resits to round it up.

ilvl is lower though.

Anyway it's probably the best thing I found today, if I could get a PC on it would be great.

around 15c is fair for it
