hmmmmmm i have to do this for my friend since he can't !

well here how it goes i was playing with my friend couple months ago left the game then we comeback today and for some reason my friend can't log in it says " email address not found" or "email address invalid" so i was confused since he was one of the beta supporter!!!! so i said to him to look on how to retrieve lost email and well they ask to send the email so he put up the email he uses now on daily basis and still they said no "email not found" how can he retrieve his beta supporter account ? help some one ?
