Help with CoC Cyclone Discharge

SO, as the title says, I would like a bit of help planning out a new, different character I have been thinking about. I wanted to use Cast on Crit, but I didn't want to just do the whole ST - CoC - Fireball, etc nonsense. So, I came up with Discharge and Cyclone.

My Idea
Cyclone hits everything, and it hits it a lot to proc lots of crits to proc lots of discharges. Charges will be gained via Voll's Protector chest and the Voll's necklace. I am thinking of maybe using Blood Rage, or The Blood Dance for frenzy charges, as well as the Frenzy skill, which will also be CoC Discharge for single target DPS. Any other good ways of getting Frenzy charges are welcome!

I will have CoDT - Enduring Cry - Enfeeble - Immortal Call, OR play around with Power Charge on Crit - GMP - Ice Spear for more charges, depending on how it works out.

I will use a high crit dagger, and maybe Saffel's Frame, depending on how much I delete myself on Reflect.

Otherwise, I was thinking of using two Ungil's Gauche. My raw damage will be enough from Discharge, and they will greatly help with my defense while granting decent crit chance.

Eventually Rat's Nest Helm.

Skill Tree
Now, this has been hard to plan out. I want to have high crit chance, as well as tankiness to continue spinning and not pop to reflect, and enough mana to overcome Voll's. I have a choice of IR, CI, and EB + MoM, and I am not sure how to proceed. Any thoughts on this account are greatly needed!

This is my current skill tree. It is bare-bones, containing most if not all of the crit I will need as well as the +2 power charges. It contains little to no defensive nodes as of right now. It is only a 52 point build.

Please comment and help me out! I think this can be a really great, really fun build, but I am unsure of how to proceed for the survivability aspect.

Oh wow thanks! How come I never saw that thread and the video? I had been searching for cast on crit cyclone stuff and Google and youtube didn't show me anything. That thread is super helpful and has given me some great insight into what I need to focus on for high levels, gear and passive-wise. Thanks!
