Am I on the right way?

Heya everyone.
I'm new in PoE and trying to figure out if my build will be good at the end.
Atm this is my build :



And the one that I'm following is this :


Thinking in use:

For AoE :
-Life gain on hit + Ground Slam + Added fire damage
For 1 Target:
-Weapon elemental damage + Heavy Strike + Melee damage

Others gems:
Anger, Warlord's Mark, Immortal Call, Enduring Cry, Rejuvenation Totem.

What would you say about that? Any suggest about build? Any suggest about gems?

Leap Slam is great for mobility. You can get out of danger quickly, and it is good for attacking ranged enemies.
