Bought Infernal Basilik Pet but wasn't delivered

I recently bought an Infernal Basilik pet on 1st February but it wasn't delivered to my microtransaction stash.
I believed I bought the pet when the servers crashed and somehow the pet wasn't saved into my account. If there are any support team personnel out there, could you help me check this out? Thanks Currently playing \ SERRR (Point Blank RoA Marauder)
