Technical Support - Disconnecting all day - Forum

I've been experiencing problems with connecting to PoE. I know it's not my internet's problem because I can browse the web fine. I just get random lag spikes and have people in my map warp around and PoE servers responding slowly to my clicks. I could also attack with my character but everything else around me is frozen so it's like I'm attacking midair. This problem started occuring around Sunday to today. I'm connected to the internet with an Ethernet cable. Restart the router/cable modem. If that doesn't help, call your ISP for help, you've got a connection problem from your router to the ISP, and they should be able to diagnose this. I have been DC'ing quite often today, and I NEVER do. Thanks for the quick reply. If restarting my modem doesn't work.. You need to run the traces to not only PoE servers, but also to google... make sure they run long enough and then you have evidence to provide to the ISP to prove it is in their network (2 separate traces to 2 separate places proving the same problem). Then you don't really need to "tell" them anything. You just give them the traces and ask that their engineers look at them and fix the problem.
