Client Crash

Hello GGG.
So I have died 2 times times (over lvl 20), both to a client crash. First happened during entering the sewers in Sarn Slums. The first happened during the load screen, so i dont have too many details about it. Second happened minutes ago, while I was farming cruel Western forest. I had 1 blue mob on me (melee hitting me), 1 more was on the scree (i think it was ranged). The game froze for like 2-3 seconds, complete freeze, even mouse cursor. I panicked (i was really scared since i already lost 1 lvl 54 character to crash) and hit ctrl+alt+del to force end the game. While trying to access the task manager, i received the windows error msg to either close program or check for online solution. I reloged I was in default. Pleas let me know what more details you need so we can work on preventing this in future. Thanks.
