Bad Latency Spikes, Not Sure Why, Help Please If You Can :)

Hey there,

Your most recent WinMTR was sent to the patching server, however it appears there are some unusual things occuring on your trace. An initial send of 310 but that slowly lowers starting at the following hops:

"
| 63.146.27.18 - 6 | 250 | 235 | 39 | 42 | 166 | 42 |
| te2-5.bbr01.eq01.chi01.networklayer.com - 0 | 309 | 309 | 69 | 80 | 142 | 70 |

This makes me think there is something occuring with your ISP's route providers, but it can't hurt to check the preliminary culprits first.

First, can you scan your harddrive(s) for malicious software? You can do this with your Antivirus/Security Programs, or you can use Malwarebytes (a free secure service, link here).

After this, can you please check that your Firewall and Antivirus (aswell as any other security programs you have installed) are not interfering with Path of Exile's connectivity? You may need to disable these temporarily then send another trace to your preferred gateway (link to our gateways is here.

The intention here is to eliminate other possible culprits. After that has been done and no issues found, you may need to contact your ISP concerning these nodes. You will need to show them this WinMTR report when you do report this to them.
