This game still frustrating?

Is it still just a grindfest with a huge desync issue or have they atleast improved latency problems?

Yes, desync is still a huge problem.
Yes, grindfest is fucked up concept :)

POE is a great game for at most few weeks, once you realized that, there is no endgame, crafting is totally random, devs destroy economy everytime they introduce new legacy items much more which I'm not gonna to enumerate now 'cos it's 1AM now.

So you don't want to start playing it ^^

Try cyclone + multistrike :) you will get desync everytime you use it.

Have yet to see a better endgame in any other arpg. I consider endgame one of PoE's strongest points.

Too bad the journey in PoE involves heavy amounts of desync, and casino-like RNG. The "road" is not enjoyable. Once you've played for awhile, you start to realize PoE is just another Korean MMO grindfest.

Running PoE on a top-end PC with SSD, using my university's 900Mb/s connection, and I still get desync. Stop spreading this false notion that a bad computer/connection is the reason for desync. Desync is nearly 100% GGG's issue with their client/server implementation.

Yes, PoE's endgame is so fucking amazing! You have to grind level 60 areas over and over on your level 90 toon just to have a chance at accessing endgame content =

There are over 7 billion human beings on the planet. Almost all of them have never heard of this game. The few thousand of us that enjoy the game would appreciate it if the other 7+ billion people would just get on with their lives and leave us alone.

Life is just as much of a grindfest, except it's way worse. So my point stands. Plenty of things can/should be better, and I'm outspoken about those, but that doesn't make this game bad.
