Best CI build with 50ex or less?

I recently got another soul taker drop (i'm sorry :p) and plan to sell it for around 60-70ex, if i wanted to spend about 50ex on a CI build (doesn't have to be flicker) what build would be most effective? It doesn't need to be able to do atziri, but that is a plus, i just want something fun and fast that is late game viable enough to return my investment. If anyone was interested in buying my soul taker:

you got a 6l 800+ ES chest or a 6l shavs?

Keep the Axe, go low life Cyclone with a Solaris lorica until you can afford a Shavronne's.
Just get a high ES helm and shield. |
