Tabs purchased ended up being 12 when i paid for 6

I purchased 20 dollars of points then i clicked tabs and the first one didnt go through but the second time i clicked it did and it ended up giveing me 12 extra tabs can you please fix this for me i have 6 to many and i know you are going through bugs

i puchased only 1 of the 6 extra slots and it ended up giveing me an error so i clicked again and the second one went through properly giveing me 12

Duplicate transactions (same transaction within a couple mins) should be taken care. Atleast a warning message would be nice.

I ended up with the same weapon effect twice :-( Sent like 3 mails/messages to support so far since this happened (y'day), and still am waiting on a response.
