I can log in when I use my own ip which is from china.
I change my ip by VPN which ip is from America.Then I can't connect the server. How can I slove this problem. | |

It would probably depend on the VPN and network, but what is the error? Is the VPN an "open" VPN? It is quite likely that the VPN might only have specific ports open that could possibly prevent login. It all depends on the VPN setup.
If it works normally using your own IP, why would you try to use a VPN in the US? Seems like a bad idea and even worse for latency. People normally only use VPNs when their own IPs don't work for whatever reason (usually firewall). | |

I always disconnect to the server when use my china ip.
It's stable when I use VPN. I can play GW2 when I use VPN,but I can't play POE by vpn. |
