Piety drop nerfed or just bad luck?

So i have been farming her for like 3 days in a row (10-12 hours per day) and didnt get a single drop for over an exalt worth.Maybe its RNG or whatever , but she seems to drop less uniques since last patch,anyone else feeling it?(324 IIR)
