Fail to patch, connection failure

So, i'm currently in china for my study, and I installed this game, like 2 days ago... and every time I patch, there will always this one notification shows up, saying something I can't download the patch something somthing... Can anyone give me the manual patch?

You probably have a firewall preventing connection to the patching servers. If this is the case, they almost certainly are going to prevent you from running inside the game world as well. It is common for campuses to have firewalls in place that block these (whether intentional or as a result of lack of configuration for PoE).
Can you try patching while connected to a VPN and see if it works any differently? Instructions for setting up and using a free VPN can be found in the Consolidated Technical sticky post. |
