Loading the Client

I have the game installed through the client, but everytime I boot up the game it starts to download the content.ggpk file again. The only way at this time I can start playing is if I take the content.ggpk file and drag it into the client and boot like that, and thinking ahead this will not work if there is any sort of update because my content.ggpk file will be out of date and it would require downloading all 5gig's again which i really do not want to do everytime I boot.
Any suggestions/ideas?
Also Windows Vista at this time going to Win7 soon
