Flicker strike CI build with tabula rasa? (HELP PLEASE)

Hello. I was wondering if it would be possible to use tabula rasa in a ci flicker build? I know it would be pretty hard, but hey. worth a shot ;)

Possible? Yes. Worth it? No. Much of the energy shield in a CI build comes from your body armour, so trying to go without would be... difficult.

Click on your character portrait in the upper left then click on the item you want to share. It's not obvious that the item has been selected, but when you click off of that screen the item will be embedded in the post.
