It is allowed to trade currency between new leagues and between standard leagues. It is not allowed to trade currency between old and new leagues.
For example: Standard currency for hardcore currency --> allowed Standard currency for Ambush currency --> forbidden | |

They compared cross-league trading from old to new leagues to have a similar bad effect on competition like RMT does. However in this case they are able to restrain their own forums like they do with RMT already.
There are likely people still doing it. But they are up to be judged by GGG now. |

Yes it is illegal but, and its a big but.. GGG do not enforce this rule.
