Does the "1% increased Damage per 8 Strength" apply to all damage or is it just the weapon's damage?
Also, what's the difference between a level 20 Iron Will and level 30? Is it only cast speed? or does it add more damage per strength? | |

1- Yeah apply to all damage, even RF or searing bond.
2- Iron will lv 30 = +10% cast Speed but with 0% quality i guess |
