Please help me re(-De)fine my build

Ok, so, I wanted to build a templar version of Reave/Flicker strike, and be tanky and deal dmg while leveling. 63 now and I think the items I'd need to run Blood Rage and go CI (which I was trying to avoid putting a point into, but might have to anyways) are too expensive.

Here's my gear...


Head: CwDT, EC, IC, Inc Dur
Chest: Reave, Faster Attacks, Melee Phys, Multistrike, Weapon ele dmg, Added Fire
1H: Cyclone, Inc Crit strikes, Faster Attacks
Shield: changes a lot...
Gloves: Wrath, Haste, Hatred, Reduced Mana --I switch between them depending on if there is a ele or phys reflect boss
Boots: Flame Totem, LMP, Knockback, Fire Pen



And my tree at 63

I take a bit of phys dmg due to Abyssus, but I can recover it fast via the gloves. I'd like to ask if any of you out there have any suggestions for a 100 pt build, and how to build and gear for maps up to 72. All input is apreciated, thanks.
