My game keeps freezing and i have no sound

My game keeps freezing and i have no sound i have tryed reinstalling like 5 times but my game still freezes and i still have no sound and my sound isn't muted either. Anyone know the problem?

you should probably repost this in the tech and acct support forum

if you rightclick your poe shortcut and select properties you'll see something like this
"C:\Program Files\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\Client.exe" -gc 2 -swa

those last 2 switches are something I added --- you could try the -swa one --- it stands for software audio
