Support gem - trap / mine laying speed up

Hi,
I am often using freeze mine, smoke mine or conversion trap as utility skills without being pure trapper. But there is no other way how to increase laying speed then invest points into passive tree. I don't want to invest points just to make utility skill faster. And even If I decide to invest points into mine/trap passives in some cases I have to waste points to go over useless trap/mine damage nodes.

Attacks and spells can be speed up by passives, gear bonuses, haste aura, frenzy charges and support gems. Traps and mines only by passives.

Please make support gem increasing trap/mine laying speed.
